Warranty Claims

The smooth processing of a warranty claim is a key aspect of providing a high level of service to the customer.

The A.D.S. warranty claim module supports the management of warranty claims that are registered by the dealer's affiliate auto repair shops and of claims that are directed to the manufacturer by the dealer.

Through this module, the warranty claim is either linked to a job card or is the base document of an A/R invoice that has been compensated by the manufacturer. The claim automatically includes all the required information, as defined by the manufacturer, in order to ensure approval. The user can further tailor the process by the ability to define several types of warranty claims and can then export the claim to a file, as is usually required by manufacturers.

As with the rest of the A.D.S. solution, the warranty claim module streamlines a critical aspect of the automotive business thereby ensuring its worry-free accurate processing.
