A manufacturer recall can often be a sensitive issue that requires delicate handling in order to ensure that all details are dealt with efficiently and that the customer feels calm and confident in the results.

The A.D.S Manufacturers Recalls module enables the user to track and manage these campaigns through the integration of campaign definitions and via the tracking of key information regarding the source of the campaign and whether it is public or silent.

Once a vehicle that is assigned to a recall campaign enters the auto repair shop, the Manufacturers Recalls module enables a pop-up alert that shows the campaign details. In this way the repair shop manager is made aware of the campaign and all required parts and labor are automatically added to the job card.

Through this type of behind-the-scenes integration, the A.D.S. module ensures that the repair shop is able to provide it's customer with top-level service without any additional effort on their part.
